How to Delete from within Mobile App
- Open the OK Buddy app on Android or iOS.
- Go to Account / Profile in the bottom bar.
- Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm via SMS OTP to immediately schedule deletion.
What Data is Deleted?
- Personal profile details (Name, Phone, Email, Photo)
- Saved delivery & service addresses
- Chat logs, customer support tickets, and app reviews
- Loyalty coins, unused discounts, and promotional tokens
Retention & Timeline
Account access is disabled immediately. Full database purge occurs within 7 to 14 business days.
