Can I reschedule an existing booking over email or phone?
Yes, you can reschedule directly inside the OK Buddy mobile app under "My Bookings" with 1-tap, or reach out to our team with your Booking ID and preferred new time slot.
How do service professionals apply to join as partners?
Select "Partner Onboarding" in the inquiry form above, or click "Become a Partner" in our header to submit your trade specialty. Our partner success team will schedule your document verification within 24 hours.
Where are your physical service hubs located?
Our primary headquarters and dispatch management hub is located at DLF Phase 4 / Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana. We also maintain neighborhood hub networks across South Delhi, Noida, and Bengaluru.
