Cancellation & Refund Policy

At OK Buddy Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to make everyday home services seamless, transparent, and trustworthy. We recognize that schedules change and unforeseen events occur. This policy outlines our cancellation rules, reschedule guidelines, and refund procedures.
1Booking Cancellation Guidelines
Before Buddy Dispatch
You can cancel your booking anytime with 0% cancellation fee up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot or before a partner buddy is dispatched to your doorstep.
After Buddy Dispatch
If a buddy has already traveled to your doorstep and you cancel at arrival, a nominal dispatch allowance of ₹49 is charged to compensate the partner for transit fuel and time.
2Free Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment to another convenient date or time slot directly in the OK Buddy app under “My Bookings” at zero additional charge up to 1 hour before arrival.
If the service performed (such as deep cleaning, car wash, salon, or AC service) does not meet our verified quality benchmarks:
- Complimentary Revisit: Report within 24 hours of service completion and a senior supervisor will revisit your premises free of charge.
- Full / Partial Refund: If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the scope affected.
3Laundry Care & Garment Protection
Every garment is tagged and barcode-tracked throughout sorting, washing, steam pressing, and packaging. In the unlikely event of garment damage or misplacement, OK Buddy provides reimbursement up to 5x the service charge for that specific item, subject to standard inspection.
